General terms and conditions of stay

• Check-in 
  Rooms are available from 4pm on your day of arrival. 
• Check-out 
  Rooms must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure. Late check out: service subject to availability, prices on request. Guests are welcome to use the communal areas from the morning onwards on day of arrival, and until the evening on day of departure. 
  
  

• Deposit
  Your booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total cost of stay. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
• Methods of payment
  We accept credit card and bank transfer.
• Tourist tax The tourist tax is charged at 2.50 € per person per day (14 years old and over), and is not included in the cost of your stay. . 

• In triple or quadruple room::
  from 0 to 9 years old (not yet turned 9) – free
  9 years old and over (any age) – 50%
• In family room (5 beds):
  Children and adults of any age – 85%

Pets are welcome, as long as you let us know at the time of booking. However, they are not permitted entry to the wellness area or the restaurant. A surcharge of 15 € per night applies.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to date of arrival are not subject to cancellation charges.

Penalty fees on cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are scaled as follows:

• 29 days to 22 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount 
• 21 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
• 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount 
• 6 to 1 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
• No-show: 100% of the total booking amount

Times 

• Breakfast: from 7.30 to 9.30am
• Light lunch: from 12.30 to 1pm
• Dinner: from 6.30 to 8.30pm

Inclusive drinks: local wine from 10am to 10pm, draught beer, mineral water and a selection of juices and soft drinks.

One aperitif included every day: a classic spritz, a South Tyrolean Hugo, a glass of prosecco or a non-alcoholic beverage.

The panoramic lounge bar is open all day.

If you have any special requests or suffer from allergies or intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking.

Spa and pool opening hours

• The wellness area is open every day from 1 to 7.30pm.
• The pool is open all day from 10am to 8pm, and is open to children until 4pm on condition that they are accompanied by a parent.

Regulations

• The spa saunas and wellness area are reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
• Nudism is not permitted in any area of the hotel, spa or wellness area.
• Beauty treatments and massages must be booked in advance; cancellations must be made at least 40 hours prior to the treatments times, otherwise they will be charged at 100%.

• Kids’ club
  From mid-June to mid-September, and from mid-December to mid-March, we offer a kids’ club service with afternoon and evening entertainment for children aged 3 and over. Times: from 4 to 7pm and from 8 to 10pm.
• Car parks
  In addition to the outdoor car park, we also offer indoor parking spaces, subject to availability.

• Trentino Guest Card
  The Trentino Guest Card, which we give you when you check in, entitles you to free travel on all public transport in the autonomous province of Trento. The bus stop is just 100 metres from the hotel. The card also entitles you to discounts, special deals, and the opportunity to participate in a variety of leisure activities.
• Discounts on ski rental and skiing lessons
  Our guests receive a 10% discount on ski rental and skiing lessons at our partner schools. Our reception staff will be delighted to supply further details and provide you with your discount voucher.
